પ્રવાસન સ્થળોની દુર્દશા

જ્યારે કોઈપણ પ્રવાસન સ્થળોને વિકસાવવાની વાત સરકાર દ્વારા કે કોઈ પ્રવાસી પ્રેમી દ્વારા કરવામાં આવે છે, ત્યારે સૌથી પહેલી કાગારોળ એવી મચાવવામાં આવે છે કે ભાઈ આ પ્રવાસન સ્થળોને જેવા છે તેવા રહેવા દો. પ્રવાસીઓ આવશે એટલે ગંદકી કરશે, પ્રકૃતિ સાથે છેડછાડ થશે.... વિગેરે વિગેરે.... મને તમે લોકો એ જણાવો  કે શું પ્રકૃતિની નજીક જવાથી,  પ્રકૃતિ અભડાઈ જશે?... માણસ જેટલો પ્રકૃતિથી દૂર ગયો છે ને તેટલું જ તેણે પ્રકૃતિનું નખ્ખોદ વાળ્યું છે.  દુર્દશા કરી છે. જે તે પ્રાકૃતિક સ્થળોને પર્યટન સ્થળ તરીકે વિકસાવાય, તો તેને મોટું મન રાખી આવકારવાની જરૂર છે.  કારણ કે આજની નવી જનરેશનને જેટલી પ્રકૃતિની નજીક લાવશો,  તેટલું જ તે તેને સમજશે અને એના કારણે તેને સાચવવા માટેની સમજ પણ કેળવાશે... જે તે પ્રાકૃતિક સ્થળોને તેની પ્રાકૃતિક સુંદરતા જાળવી રાખવાની સાથે સાથે તેની મુલાકાત લેનારા મુલાકાતીઓને પ્રવાસીઓના માટે ઇકો ફ્રેન્ડલી ચીજવસ્તુઓનો જ ઉપયોગ થાય તેવી વ્યવસ્થા ગોઠવવા માટેનો આગ્રહ આપણે સેવવો જોઈએ. પ્રવાસીઓ પ્રત્યે સૂગ કેળવવી કે તેઓની સાથે આભડછેટ રાખવાને બદલે થોડી ઘણી પાયાની સુવિધાઓ અપાય તો  ઘણી બધી આ અંગેની ફરિયાદો દૂર થઈ શકે એમ છે... સરકાર દ્વારા  કોઈ  પ્રાકૃતિક સ્થળને  વિકસાવવા માંગતી હોય તો તેની સામે બાંયો ચઢાવવાને બદલે જે તે ટેન્ડર કોઈ કોમર્શિયલ કંપની કે પૈસાપાત્ર લોકો પાસ કરાવી લઈ જાય  તેના બદલે  પ્રકૃતિપ્રેમીઓની બનેલી સંસ્થા  કે સંગઠનો  આ ટેન્ડર પાસ કરાવી લે તો, તે સંસ્થામાં સહભાગી થનાર લોકો, પ્રકૃતિની નજીક પણ રહી શકે અને બે પૈસા કમાઈ પણ શકે અને એવી પ્રવાસન પ્રવૃતિ દ્વારા મેળવેલા નાણાનો સદુપયોગ પ્રકૃતિને નિખારવા પણ કરી શકાય... હવે રહી વાત ગંદકીની ... તો આ અંગે હું એવી કેટલીક સ્પષ્ટતાઓ સાથેના કેટલાક મુદ્દા મુકવા માગું છું કે જે આપણે બધાએ વિચારવા જોઈએ. આપણા મોટાભાગના પ્રવાસન સ્થળોએ દેખાતી ગંદકી, ત્યાંથી પસાર થતા દરેક પ્રવાસી, નાગરિક અને પ્રકૃતિપ્રેમીની આંખમાં ખટકતી તો હોય જ છે અને તેનું કારણ એ હોય છે કે તેને સાફ કરવાવાળા સફાઈ કામદારોની અનુપસ્થિતિ.!!! તમે જોયું હશે કે કચરો ફેંકનારા, ગમે ત્યાં કચરો ફેંકતા ફરતા નથી. જયાં પહેલેથી થોડો-ઘણો  કચરો હશે ત્યાં આગળ જ લોકો નાખવાનું શરૂ કરે છે અને પછી ત્યાં ઢગલો વધતો જાય. ગંદકીની બાબતમાં મારો સૌથી પહેલો મુદ્દો એ છે લગભગ દરેકને સ્વચ્છતા તો ગમે છે. આપણે મોટા મોટા મહાલય તો બનાવી દીધા, પરંતુ તેમાં આવેલા શૌચાલયને સુના મુકી દીધા. વળી ગંદકી ક્યાં હોય છે? આમ જુઓ તો જેટલાં પણ સરકારી સ્થળો હોય તે.... પછી તે પ્રવાસન સ્થળ હોય, સરકારી ઈમારતો હોય, કે પછી ઓફિસ હોય. બધાને ખબર છે કે ત્યાં સ્વચ્છતા માટેના માણસો રાખેલા જ હોય છે... ઊંચા પગારે નિયુક્ત કરેલા હોય છે... સરકારી ધારાધોરણ પ્રમાણે રાખેલા હોય છે... પરંતુ તેઓનું સ્થળ પરનું કામ જોઈએ તો એ લેશમાત્ર હોતું નથી. એનું કોઇ મોનિટરિંગ પણ થતું નથી અને એવા લોકોને કંઈ, કહી પણ શકાતું નથી.  કારણ કે એકવાર કાયમી થયેલા  કર્મચારીને કાઢી મુકાતો નથી. બીજી તરફ આપણે જોઈએ કે જેટલી પ્રાઇવેટ ફર્મ, ખાનગી ધોરણે ચાલતી ઓફિસ હોય, મલ્ટિપ્લેક્સ કે કોઇ પણ કોર્પોરેટ ઓફિસ હોય ત્યાં ના સફાઈ કર્મચારીઓને એટલો સરકારી ધારાધોરણો પ્રમાણે પગાર મળતો નથી. પરંતુ તેનું મોનિટરિંગ ચોક્કસપણે થાય છે. સ્વચ્છતા તો થાય છે, પરંતુ ક્યાં કેટલા પ્રમાણમાં એ મોનીટરીંગ પર આધાર રાખે છે. સરકારી બાબુઓની ઉપર પણ જો લટકતી તલવાર મૂકવામાં આવે તો ત્યાં પણ ચોક્કસ કામ દેખાય. પરંતુ આ તો બિલાડીના ગળે ઘંટ બાંધવા જેવી વાત છે. બીજું કે મંદિરો... એમાં ય જો આપણા સ્વામિનારાયણ,જૈન એવા અમુક મંદિરોની વાત કરીએ તો ત્યાં તમને સ્વચ્છતા ઉડીને આંખે વળગે. જ્યારે અન્ય મંદિરોમાં તમને ગંદકીના ઢગલા જોવા મળશે. પબ્લિક એની એ જ  છે,  શ્રદ્ધાળુઓ ત્યાં પણ છે, અહીંયા પણ છે. પરંતુ સ્વામિનારાયણ મંદિર જૈન મંદિરો, જિનાલયો જેવા મંદિરો દ્વારા ત્યાં જે સ્વચ્છતા કરવા માટે ભાર મુકાય છે એવું અન્ય મંદિરોવાળા સ્વચ્છતા રાખવા માટે એટલા જાગૃત નથી. આવા મંદિરોમાં જેટલું દાન આવે છે, એના એક ટકોય એ સ્વચ્છતા ના કર્મચારીઓ માટે ફાળવતા હોય, તેનું મોનિટરિંગ કરાવતા હોય તો?...પરંતુ તેનો અભાવ જોવા મળે છે. દેશ પરદેશની તમે જો વાત કરો તો... નજર નાંખવા મળે કે તેઓ નાના પ્રવાસન સ્થળોને પણ એટલા બખૂબીથી નીખાર્યા હોય અને એનું પ્રોપર મોનીટરીંગ કરી અને સ્વચ્છતા જાળવવા માટેના તેઓ પ્રયાસ કરતા હોય અને ત્યાં બધું જ કોન્ટ્રાક્ટ થી સોંપેલું હોય અને એનું ચોક્કસ ધારાધોરણ નીતિ-નિયમ મુજબ કામગીરી થાય છે કે નહીં તેનું ચોકસાઈપૂર્વક નિરીક્ષણ કરવામાં આવે છે અને એટલે જ આપણે ફોરેનના આંખને ઠારે તેવા અને સુંદર દ્રશ્ય જોઈએ છીએ. આપણી પાસે પણ પ્રકૃતિની વિરાસત તો બહુ મોટી છે. ઘણો વિશાળ એનો ફલક છે.તેને નિખારવા પ્રયાસ થવા જોઈએ, અને જે હાલમાં મોજૂદ છે, ત્યાં પણ જેટલા સ્વચ્છતા કર્મચારીઓ રાખવા જોઈએ તે રખાતા નથી. અરે હું તો કહું છું કે..  બીજે ક્યાંય જોવા જવાની જરૂર નથી. ફક્ત રાજસ્થાન આંટો મારી આવો. ત્યાંના મહેલો અને તેના પ્રાકૃતિક અને પર્યટન સ્થળોને કેટલા સરસ રીતે સ્વચ્છ અને સુંદર રીતે  રાખવામાં આવે છે. કારણ કે તેઓ જાણી ગયા છે કે પ્રવાસીઓ ખાસ કરીને વિદેશી પ્રવાસીઓને ગંદકી ગમતી નથી અને તેઓને ખબર છે એ આ બધું વૈશ્વિક ધોરણો અપનાવીને ચાલવું પડશે તો જ પ્રવાસીઓ આવશે. તો એવો અભિગમ શું ગુજરાતમાં ન કેળવી શકાય? જો રાજસ્થાનવાળા કરી શકતા હોય તો ગુજરાતવાળાને શું નડી રહ્યું છે? હું તો કહું છું કે છે મોદી સાહેબે જે સ્વચ્છતા અભિયાન શરૂ કર્યું, ત્યાર પછી જે જાગૃતિ આવી છે. એ જાગૃતિ જાળવી રાખવા જેવી છે. પ્રવાસીઓ આવતાં આ કચરો થશે, એવી કાગારોળ કરવાને બદલે પ્રવાસીઓને સારામાં સારી કેવી રીતે મેનેજ કરી શકાય? તેઓની ભીડને પહોંચી વળવાની, જે તે સ્થળ પ્રશાસનની તૈયારી કેટલી છે?... જુઓ કાગડા બધે કાળા છે. દેશમાં જાઓ કે પરદેશમાં જાઓ. ત્યાં પરદેશમાં પણ બધા કોઈ સુંવાળી સૂંઠના નથી. ત્યાંય કચરો ફેલાવનારા છે જ, પરંતુ સાથે સાથે કચરાની સફાઇ કરનારાની પણ સામે ફોજ તૈયાર રાખી છે. દર કલાકે તે લોકોનું સફાઈનું ટાઇમટેબલ ગોઠવેલું હોય છે, એ ટાઈમ ટેબલ મેઇન્ટેન કરવાનું. અહીંયા એવી કેટલા જગ્યા છે?... જ્યાં એવું ધારાધોરણ મુજબ ટાઇમટેબલ છે, તે તમામ જગ્યાએ સ્વચ્છતા છે જ... પરંતુ પછી બધું તમે ભગવાન ભરોસે મૂકી દો અને પછી કચરો સાફ કરવા માટે માણસ ના રાખો તો વાંક કોનો કાઢવો???..... સોહંગ બ્રહ્મભટ્ટ કરમસદ. 

When it comes to the development of any tourist destination by the government or a tourist lover, the first cry is that the brother, should leave these tourist destinations as they are.  Tourists will come so they will do dirt, tamper with nature .... etc.  Is turned.  The plight is done.  If those natural places are developed as tourist destinations, they need to be welcomed with a big mind.  Because the closer you get to today's new generation, the more they will understand it and because of that they will also develop an understanding to preserve it ... which will not only preserve the natural beauty of those natural places but also use eco-friendly items for the tourists visiting them.  We must adhere to the insistence on such an arrangement.  It is said that many complaints about this can be removed if a few basic facilities are provided to the tourists instead of keeping them abusive. If the government wants to develop a natural place, instead of raising a left against it, the tender should be given to a commercial company or  If this tender is passed by an organization or organization made up of nature lovers instead of being passed by wealthy people, the people participating in that organization can stay close to nature and earn some money and the money earned from such tourism activities can be used to brighten nature.  ... Now let's talk about dirt ... So I want to make some points with some clarifications that we should all think about.  The filth seen in most of our tourist spots is a sight to behold in the eyes of every tourist, citizen and nature lover passing by and the reason is the absence of cleaners to clean it !!!  You may have noticed that garbage throwers do not move around throwing garbage anywhere.  People start dumping where there is already a little bit of garbage and then the pile grows there.  My first point about dirt is that almost everyone likes cleanliness.  We built big palaces, but the toilets are unattended.  And where is the dirt?  If you look at it like this, no matter how many government places there are ... whether it is a tourist place, government buildings, or an office.  Everyone knows that people are kept there for cleanliness ... they are hired at a high salary ... they are kept as per government norms ... but if you look at their work on the spot, it is not the slightest.  There is no monitoring and nothing can be said to such people.  Because once a permanent employee is not fired.  On the other hand, we should see that no matter how many private firms, privately run offices, multiplexes or any corporate office, the cleaners are not paid as much as the government norms.  But it is definitely monitored.  Hygiene does happen, but to what extent it depends on monitoring.  Even if a hanging sword is placed on government officials, there is a certain work to be done.  But this is like tying a bell around a cat's neck.  Secondly, temples ... If we talk about some of our temples like Swaminarayan, Jain, you will be amazed by the cleanliness there.  While in other temples you will see heaps of dirt.  The public is the same, the devotees are there, here too.  But Swaminarayan, Jain temples, temples like Jinalayo temple is so conscious of keeping cleanliness with other temples as it is emphasized for cleanliness by.  The amount of donations that come to such temples, single penny of which is allocated for the cleaning staff, if it is monitored? ... but it is lacking.  If you talk about the country and abroad ... you can see that they have cleaned up even the small tourist places so well and they are trying to monitor it properly and maintain cleanliness and everything there is assigned by contract and its specific standard policy-  Whether or not the operation is carried out as per the rules is meticulously monitored and that is why we see the eye-catching and beautiful scene of the foreign places.  We also have a great heritage of nature.  It has a very large panel. Efforts should be made to whiten it, and even the existing ones do not have the required number of sanitation workers.  Hey I say that .. there is no need to go anywhere else.  Just come to Rajasthan.  How nicely kept the palaces and their natural and tourist places are kept clean and beautiful.  Because they know that tourists especially foreign tourists do not like dirt and they know that tourists will come only if they have to follow all these global standards.  So can't such an approach be cultivated in Gujarat?  If the people of Rajasthan can do it, then what is happening to the people of Gujarat?  I would say that this is the sanitation campaign started by Mr. Modi, the awareness that has come since then.  It is like maintaining awareness.  How can tourists be better managed instead of shouting that this will be a waste when tourists come?  To meet their crowd, how much is the preparation of the place administration? ... Look, crows are black everywhere.  Go to the country or go abroad.  Even abroad there is no soft ginger at all.  There are garbage scavengers, but at the same time the cleaners army is ready against the garbage .  There is a timetable for cleaning people every hour, to maintain the timetable.  How many such places are there? ... Where there is such a timetable as per the norms, there is cleanliness in all those places ... But then you put everything in God's trust and then if you don't keep a man to clean the garbage, who is to blame ???.  ....
